Pacifica Senior Living is looking for Caregivers to join the team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement daily care and activities for residents based on service plans within legal and professional boundaries.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and community alarms, promoting resident independence and rapport.
- Maintain accurate care records, conduct safety checks, and communicate resident status effectively between shifts.
- Report changes in resident condition promptly, follow safety protocols, and ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Address residents' behavioral and psychosocial needs while respecting their rights and promoting independence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal care assistant.
- Committed to health & safety.
- Able to do housework and cooking.
- Well-organized and reliable.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A positive and compassionate attitude.
- Physical stamina.
- CPR certified.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
